This house was a very personal project for Nicole and was a labor of love for over 20 years. This Shingle Style house possibly designed by Sanford White of Mead, McKim and White in the 1890s set on 2.5 acres overlooked Narragansett Bay with views of the Mount Hope Bridge. Nicole and her husband bravely took on this foreclosure and gutted the whole house back to the studs, often a room at a time, and did most of the work themselves except for the electrical and plumbing (best left to the pros!)
